Unfortunately this is not uncommon. At all. My friend from San Francisco was hanging out in a park with another friend. It was night and they climbed a tree and were talking. Guess they were talking loudly cause some cops pulled up and told her to come down, not seeing the other person there with her. Halfway down they grabbed her legs and pulled her down so she fell to the ground. They then proceeded to kick her while telling her to stop resisting. The other friend climbed down then and when the cops realized there was a witness they told them to go home and left em. Guess the cops in San Francisco have better sense than to let themselves be recorded or even witnessed. But so have other cops, for a long time. Oh, and the lawyer my friend spoke to said shed probably only lose way too much money if she tried to bring it to court.
