“Unit Sales Manager”(Agency) Required for a Leading General Insurance Company at Mumbai. Job Responsibilities; Recruiting agents, training these agents for selling insurance policies, manage the team of agents, meeting clients & achieving targets. Job Profile: - Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him. - Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. - Handling all the retail products across the portfolio. - Maintaining relationships with the agents. - To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents. - To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner. Candidate profile: Candidates with fair communication skills and attitude for sales irrespective of any industry will be preferred .Stable profiles would be preferred. Maximum Age limit for Unit Sales Manager is 30 years . Education:- MBA 1 to 6 year of experience we can also look at graduates with relevant experience (graduate with 3 year experience must). No Freshers. Current CTC:- It should be between 1.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh (hike received by a candidate may differ based on the profile & work experience). No Life Insurance candidates. Company don’t prefer candidates who are currently not into Job (for any reason) . Candidate must be working currently with any organization. Only On-Roll Experience profiles will be considered.
