“ Unsatisfied Costumer Complaining To A Manager “ Characters: Reigene Cañedo as the manager and waitress Juvelyn Alvarado as the costumer In a famous Italian Restaurant with pizza as their specialty, ther is Juvelyn sitting while waiting for the waitress to come over and ask for her order. Few minutes passed and the waitress went on her table, and as expected, asked for her order. Reigene(waitress): Good day, Ma’am! May I ask for your order please?(smiling) Juvelyn(costumer): Yes! One pizza with peperroni and cheese, and one milk shake please. Thanks! (with a cold smile) Reigene: Okay, Ma’am! Your order will be served in 15 minutes. Thanks you!(smiling) Juvelyn: (just gave a nod) While Juvelyn was waiting for her order, she entertained herself listening to a good music that was played at the restaurant. 15 minutes had passed and the waitress handed Juvelyn’s order on her table. Reigene: Thank you for waiting ma’am! Here is your order!(smiling) Juvelyn: Thank you! While Juvelyn enjoying her pizza and busy zipping her milk shake, she suddenly felt something in her mouth that not seem to be an ingredient of the milk shake that she ordered and unfortunetely found out that is a foreign contaminant. It was a falling hair. Juvelyn took the waitress attention angrily. Juvelyn: Excuse me! (with a loud and angry voice) The waitress hurried to Juvelyn’s table. Reigene: Yes Ma’am? What is the problem? Juvelyn: You’re asking if what’s the problem?! This is the problem! (showing to the waitress the falling hair she got). My gosh! Hurry ! go and call your manager! Hurry up! (with angry voice) Reigene: we are so sorry ma’am. We didn’t mean it….. Juvelyn: Shut up and call your manager! Don’t you get it?!! Reigene: Ma’am calm down!!! Juvelyn: Calm down? I’m asking you to call the manager?! Is that hard to understand? Reigene: But ma’am, I’m the manager!! Juvelyn: (laughing sarcastically) So you’re the manager, no wonder that this restaurant is a damn shit!!! Reigene: We are so sorry ma’am. Please allow us to replace your shake. Please accept our whole-hearted apology. Juvelyn: No! Enough! I’m sorry but I won’t let this pass. I’m going to file a report on this to BFAD! Reigene:But ma’am, if you are going to report it to the BFAD. There’s a tendency that this restaurant will be closed. And lot of my employees will lost their job. And this is their only source of income. Juvelyn: I said no!! Reigene: I’m begging you ma’am!!! We can settle this. Just don’t report it. (holding her hand) Juvelyn: Okay! But next time make sure that it will not happen again. My gosh!! This is really insane. You really ruined my day. Reigene: Thank you ma’am for your consideration. Juvelyn: (walked out through the door without looking back).
