Until I see some of you doing proper mobility and flexibility work you need to drop that term BEAST MODE from your vocabulary. If your movement is AWKWARD and you are stiff as a brick, or your ass is tucking under your hips when you squat or legs have excessive bend doing toe to bar ... YOU ARE NOT YET A BEAST. I dont care how much you lift, or how many muscle-up you do, or how explosive YOU THINK you are. You neglect the recovery and mobility work then you are selling yourself short. #StepUP your #RECOVERY #Game
