Until or unless muslim countries make themselves scientifically strong they will always be dependant and unable to do anything. One of the reasons that Muslim countries have not been able to do anything at Gaza is because we have nothing that we can exert pressure with. There used to be oil but now there is very little dependance on Middle Eastern oil left. We unfortunately have no major contribution to the scientific field for the past hundred years. Every service we use and depend on for our lives today has to be imported. The internet, power generation, traffic lights, our computers, our mobile phones, our cars... everything we depend on we buy from others. Our main agendas seem to be to keep fighting amongst ourselves, to keep on hating each other, to keep on abusing each other and destroying ourselves and killing ourselves over who is right and who isnt when it comes to being muslims.
