Up until yesterday, I was fortunate enough to say that most deaths in my life had been caused from old age and or illness. Both reasons still very difficult, but at least you could somewhat wrap your mind around the how and somewhat the why. A whole new and deeper pain is lumped in my heart right now that I cannot understand. Numbness and reality cycle in my mind as I remember all the wonderful memories I have shared with these ladies. Nothin makes sense, therefore it doesnt seem real. I so badly want to call them and hear their beautiful voices. Id give anything to have one more hair swap conversation with Maura or to watch Carol bring laughter to a crowd like she always effortlessly seemed to do. The way I feel is bad enough...I cannot even imagine or begin to fathom what the families are going through right now. With that said, I wish the Brandi and Elowsky families the best support, love, and prayers there are out there.
