Update - The mainstream media have shown a lot of interest in the story of Fiona Barnett as a survivor of ritual child abuse, particularly since the death of Antony Kidman. Even more so since authentic documents reveal a complaint to a health authority had been accepted, acted upon and that an investigation had been commenced. One mainstream american journal received a very very strong legal letter telling the publication not to publish anything about the news story. This is a publication that usually publishes articles about almost anything. To quote an American friend of mine; Fionas story will end up somewhere between an article about the world is gonna end because God said so and an alien baby born in Mexico. So - legally ordered to not publish any article about ritual child abuse involving the name of the alleged abuser. Apparently the Kidman family have several contracts with various media outlets and that means legally, certain media boundaries are to be maintained. At least three media outlets have been sitting on Fionas story and have interviewed her and prepared articles, completed their due diligence but are waiting on the okay to go ahead and publish. It appears that the public overwhelmingly believe and support Fiona. It appears that media journalists believe and support Fiona and want to publish her story. The questions that need to be asked include; What are the editors afraid of if they publish? Why not publish when due diligence has been adhered to and gives credibility to both Fiona as the source and professional credibility to the journalists? At least one media outlet has stated that as long as one more victim comes forward they will publish the prepared article. Coming forward means anonymity will be assured as the media outlet only want to substantiate that other victims have been involved in the abuse. My personal comment is that should you be a victim and a victim can be a witness. A witness can be viewed as a secondary victim particularly if you were a child at the time the abuse was witnessed or you were unable to stop the abuse or you were prevented from assisting the victim and thus unable to stop the abuse. Should any victim and/or witness want to come forward please do so assured of your anonymity. Should you want to come forward via this site I want you to know that your well being is my PRIORITY - not the media. If you want to come forward to me but not the media - I will accept your information with complete anonymity. Via the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page I have already received much information about local paedophile and predator activity - but - locals are afraid to come forward personally. I even have a Statutory Declaration that I submitted with two recent Mandatory Reports. The Statutory Declaration made it quite clear that locals are afraid to come forward - particularly knowing the devastation that has been directed towards every aspect of my life. (Please view the Notes numbered 1 - 20 on this page that explain what happened to me. Among the notes also view document evidence). I have already acted on information received locally by making two Mandatory Reports in the local DOCS (Department Of Community Services) office, in the presence of the area Manager and without violating the anonymity that I promised. I am willing to do the same for any victim and/or witness of child ritual abuse. Anyone who has information that is directly relevant to the story of Fiona Barnett -please know you can come forward via the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page and maintain your anonymity - should you choose that option.
