Update 141 RIP Joan Rivers a woman not afraid to say what she thought (even if somethimes it was way ttoo much, but she made it funny) I am off to hospital in ten minutes to give them the good news that i have decided enough is enough for my small delicate bod haha I am tomorrow thinking about starting my life over haha It IS where its going to begin again with a few appointments...ok so i have to take some medication and my injections with me on my journeys but thats ok at least I am here...I have been extremely lucky with this one so i must remember to look after myself and if i get appointments through for smears or mamograms i must go...My hair is now looking like i am a punk with a mowhawk so want that to come back even please and i must start my diet and excercise next week when my breathing is better...i am looking forward now to packing for my holiday...now remember keep smiling (its infectious) and have fun but stay safe xxxx love to you all and I am feeling wonderful today xxxxx
