*Update* *30 June, 2013* 7:59 AM: Officers responded to Perkins Restaurant after four males exited the business without rendering payment for their bill of $53.99. 5:19 PM: A 74 year old male from Warren was cited for driving with expired registration after a traffic stop on State Route 46 south of State Route 305. 6:44 PM: Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of State Route 305. 10:31 PM: A 47 year old Cortland man was charged with open burning after officers discovered he was burning tires and other items in his backyard. 11:41 PM: A 41 year old male from Warren was charged with felonious assault and a 48 year old female was charged with obstructing official business after a physical altercation in the 3300 block of Eagles Loft.
