Update: Birdsview shooting. The Skagit County Sheriff says a 47 year old man was shot and killed around 4am this morning during a New Years Eve party in the 38800 block of SR 20, right next door to the Baker Lake Grocery. Multiple SCSO units and Crime scene investigators are still on scene investigating. Neighbors are telling us the deceased man is believed to be the relative of a neighboring house. His identity has not been released. The homeowner requests no media contact. The investigation is on going.
