Update: Dad/Family/Batesville Aromas Calif Dad had an excellent day today. Went up this morning and found him laying on the couch, asked why and said something different for his back, gave Dad his Oatmeal and Glass of Milk ate all of that it, Made shopping list for Mom and went shopping, she is making dinner tomorrow night, Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots, Onion and Celery. Was a very warm day here at Batesville Aromas Ca, Dad is making goals for himself to improve, one of them today was to make it to the porch and enjoy the weather, didnt happen but there is always tomorrow. Thanks Charles Harris, Cuz Regina Morton and Aunt Betty for stopping by today. Thanks Aunt Betty for Staying with Mom and Dad While I was out and about today. Made left over Chicken Al A King with Toast and Salad, Dad ate everything on his plate (except the Toast, mmmm) and then had a Yogurt and then off to bed. Tomorrow Dad is requesting a shower, ohhh BOY here we go again.. LOL... But Its all good!!!! He still is not looking forward to the Doctors Appt on Monday, but like he said it MUST be done, and will ask about the feeding tube (that is not being used) to be removed. His Appetite is getting better gradually, again another good thing, the only concern we have now is that his blood pressure is low, and his Personal Doctor is contacting the Hospital to find out what Meds he was on. Dad is complaining about numbness in his arms now, so will address that with the Doctor as well. Still have a Road to go, but we will get there, So for now that is where we are at. Going to look at a new Thermostat for their house because he is HOT at NIGHT (Ok Mom lets not go there) and Cold in the Morning.. Also he has been waking Mom up at night to just talk... He can go to the restroom on his own now and takes the walker with him, and if he goes any faster there would FLAMES off that thing!!! Oh and Trach Tube Incision and all other incisions are healing nicely.... He still has is moments of forgetting things, but that is just from being Medicated all the time, but he had full on conversations with all of today... Keep those Prayers a Coming, he has his ups and down days and that is to be expected... As for Me, Im tired and ready for some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZs update you all again tomorrow.
