Update. I had a follow up yesterday afternoon at MD Anderson with Dr. Zurita. My bone scan was negative (normal), my CT Scans of chest and abdomen were negative and my CT Scan of pelvis show some lymph node involvement ( which we already knew from biopsy). The good news is that there is no identifiable involvement of my bladder, colon, pancreas, liver and bone. There was no distal lymph node involvement observed. All good stable news. So whats the plan? I was enter into a randomized study of Finite Androgen Ablation (group 1) vs Finite Androgen Abalation with Abirateron and Prednisone (group 2). I would like to be in the latter of the groups but I have no control over that. A computer flips a coin. So I need your power of prayer to sway the odds in my favor. Next battery of test for the study - blood work, chest xray, electrocardiogram, possible echocardiogram and the clincher - a bone marrow biopsy.
