Update: In researching the earlier Examiner article that I shared , Conn police refuse to enforce new gun laws, I was able to find this by David Hardy who is the person referenced in the article. For recollection, here is a quote from the Examiner article: Gun rights legal expert and activist David Hardy reported Friday that 250 law enforcement officers in Connecticut have signed an open letter stating that they will not enforce the new anti-gun and magazine laws, which they consider to be a violation of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. AND...in the process, Ive found a very good source of information and Im sharing the link here...Hardy has five books and thirteen law review articles in print; one of the articles has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and eleven of the thirteen U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.
