Update: Our subs will be affected by Obamacare. Yesterday I called and confirmed that TransChoice Plus does not meet the minimum standards of the Affordable Care Act. The policies are not being cancelled, but policyholders will still face the tax penalty if thats all they have. Letters went out recently. I got this information by calling the number on the Greater Insurance Service (rc-benefits) site under Benefit Center, Enrollment, Billing, & Benefit Questions.
