Update: Saturday Sept. 27th Mom is off full oxygen, just tiny tube in nose around her face, bit of placebo. Fluid is still draining from side. An artery pic has been removed by a nurse that mom does not like. She had a needle of blood thinner or reverse, not quite sure, told little She got up out of bed. Her right hand is swollen because of the pic for blood tests. xray done aok She can talk a lot, she is becoming my grandmother She is physically able to leave intensive care but only when the bed she is in is needed. I believe an apology is in order to saint john regional hospital as it is all hospitals in NB by the looks of things that have nurses that were not meant for the profession. Julie & I are leaving tomorrow to go back to saint john and drop Julie off and get her some groceries and for me to see my husband. As well as to recharge. My hope is she gets a room and is not another person in our family to be arrested. lol I will return Wednesday to see her and stay till she is released or I have to post bail.
