Update, day 10 in our new place: Peaceful! No more bad energy, no more looking over your shoulder expecting someone to be there, no more hearing voices, bangs, booms! Darrell has slept all night, 9 out of the 10 nights weve been here (he hasnt done that since he was born!), and Zakkary is slowly starting to be in his room by himself without being scared! Anyone that knows what hes been through knows its huge huge progress for him! Vinnie cat has become king of the hill behind us and sleeps all day so he can party all night. and the poochies they love it! They already bark and chat with the dogs in the area around us. Theyre not on edge all the time anymore. Theyre more at ease and lovin it John loves it and is in such a better mood all the time. Even tho hes super.super. exhausted. He and dad have been up late for weeks getting a shower going for us.and tonight was the night! Darrell bug got.the honors of.first bath in it And me.. u can probably already tell.... to be in a home where u feel safe and you feel you can protect your kids from anything is a huge relief and a huge blessing.
