Update day 125 Brayden had a better day today. His CO2 came down to 54 which is a long way from the 92 yesterday. He made it through the last 24 hours without having to be bagged. He got his PICC line out and they started weaning some of his sedating medications that he gets through his g-button. We are hopeful that we have turned a corner into stability. David and I are getting trained on how to care for and change out his trach and trach ties and what to do in emergencies. It is a lot to take in and never something we thought we would need to know.
