Update on Cathy Vines. We have an appointment in Dallas Tuesday with a colorectal surgeon. He will evaluate and set a date for an examination to see if he can repair the fistula and if he thinks the colon needs more work. If he decides to do the surgery then he will coordinate with the gynonc and he will remove the masses,repair the hernia and finish the hysterectomy. He will also remove some scar tissue from previous surgeries. By doubling up she only has to be opened up once. At least we have a starting point.
