Update on Josh #prayforjosh Joshua, Tim, Kim and David would like to sincerely thank everyone for the outpouring of prayer and messages of encouragement over the past week. Joshua is back home for a few days and has been on Facebook and other social media reading many of your messages of support. The family are totally overwhelmed by the response from everyone. Many of you have been asking for an update and what to pray for. Given the seriousness of the situation, the family have asked you to be persistent and audacious (Luke 11) in your prayers for Joshua and to pray without ceasing. I am sure you will appreciate that the family are unable to go into the detail of the situation on social media, other than to ask you to pray for a miracle for Joshua and for complete healing. The surgery removed the primary tumour and 5 of the secondary tumours, but there are other cancerous tumours remaining which the surgeons were unable to remove. Specifically could you pray for the scans on Friday that they would be completely clear and that there would be no tumours. He is currently in a lot of pain - please pray that his stomach cramps would stop, that his appetite would return, and he would be completely pain free. The family have also asked that you would speak out scripture over Joshua, for example, by His stripes Joshua is healed; I am The Lord that heals Joshua; He sent His word, and healed Joshua and delivered Joshua from his destructions (Psalm 107 v 20); I will take sickness away from the midst of thee Joshua (Exodus 23 v 25); the Sun of Righteousness will arise in Joshua with healing in his wings (Malachi 4 v 2); the power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in Joshua (Ephesians 1 v 19) and this power is greater than sickness and disease. Finally, we ask you to like and share this post with as many people as you can and ask them to also seek Gods healing for Joshua.
