Update on Maria Dauphinee : Just into week four of recovery and things are progressing slowly, but well. Seems like all her functions( speech, motor function, processing, sensitivity) are nornal from area of the tumor! This week she will be fit for a mask to fit her head for the radiation part of treatmeant, chemo pills made /ordered ( co-pay paid of course) . With-in the next week a dry run through will be done to ensure proper positoning of the computers and equipment , then chemo/ radiation will begin. This form of cancer is very aggressive, before chemo will begin, we are trying to strengthen her physicaly and spiritualy. So visitors are welcome. My family and I couldnt do this by ourselfs, help with the meals,shopping, helping w Alex, caring for Maria, and housework are so greatly appreciated...
