Update on Triplets Dear friends and prayer partners, The second of our triplets went into respiratory distress this evening and had to be taken urgently to the hospital. She is now being given oxygen. Please pray as Lazare and Faith are dealing with this emergency in the middle of the night. I have now obtained more info on the 3 girls. Their names are Kotö, Weedo and Malé, in the order of their diminishing weights. They were born on June 18 and their mother died when they were 2 days old. Since then, family members have been seeking help to save the babies and only managed to connect with Lazare recently. In such cases, when a child meets our Kids In Crisis centre criteria (poor and orphaned, at risk in their home environment, or poor and HIV+), Lazare sends funds to the family wherever they are in the country to accelerate their coming to the centre. All delays work against the good health of the child and their chances of survival and increase the medical expense to save them. Please pray also for Jean Noël, Lazare and Faiths son (6 yrs old) who developed a very high fever today. He was diagnosed with malaria and other infections. Lazare and Faith spent the day with these 2 medical emergencies. Please pray for them, for strength from the Lord and peace as they expend their lives in the service of the smallest poor of Guinea.
