Update on luxury state of the art modern penthouse apartment: water pouring through the roof from a leak in bathroom ceiling; fuses tripping every 10 minutes which has damaged some of my new appliances; German fridge has not been working for 6 days and the supplier is uncontactable; developer not responding to mails or calls; no internet or phone/ tv connection. Not that I expect any sympathy but this is ridiculous. Sheer incompetence all round. And I am having to be here far too much of the time.
