Update on my Dad: He will be going in for an upper GI tomorrow morning to look for the source of his bleeding. If the results are good, they will schedule his angiogram. Until then, his cardiologist wants him to remain in the hospital where they can continue to monitor him. He continues to be in good spirits and hopefully will not require surgery, although his doctor has said he will probably need, at minimum, a stent.
