Update on my Daddy --- we just left Dr. Khimenkos office and agreed to have his records sent to Ochsners to have his procedure scheduled. His Aortic valve problem (stenosis) can be treated by going through an artery with a catheter and opening the closure in the valve!!! Apparently Ochners has been doing this type procedure for quite a while (I like that). now, just waiting for a date and time. Quite frankly, I am relieved to know that open heart surgery wont be necessary!!!! Thanks be to God!!!
