Update on my brother Bruce James. Bruce had an MRI last Wed and it showed his brain is healing as expected. Thank the Lord. In spite of this Bruce continues to have seizures. We are monitoring him closely and reporting all known seizures to his Dr. The Dr is adjusting/increasing his medications as needed. The seizures are very discouraging and frightening. The seizures have a negative affect on his confusion level and memory. Bruce still struggles with short term memory. He literally cannot remember something he heard 5 minutes ago. He continues to be confused about where He is. Most of the time he thinks my house is some kind of facility like a group home and he talks about the other people who work here and he tells me hes so glad I could come to see him. He asks me the same questions over and over again literally every few minutes. Sometimes he gathers up his possessions and piles them by the door so hell be ready to go home. Other times he seems to know where he is and why hes here. Im not complaining, Im weary. This is a huge test of my faith. I believe if God calls me to do something He will equip me to do it. Its still one of the hardest things Ive faced in my lifetime. Please continue to pray for us. Thx
