Updates: 1.) Spoke at a pre-departure meeting for study abroad kids going to Africa, basically told them lolz ride dala-dalas dont get conned nothing makes sense and its so god damn wonderful. 2.) Writing a long paper about immigration and citizenship law within Africa, Tanz has a #great record. No native ethnic groups deemed foreigners + no mass expulsions of immigrants + welcoming refugees from the region = excellent. Uganda, on the other hand... 3.) Go see a movie called Mississippi Masala, it starts with an Indian family leaving their home in Uganda after Idi Amin expels all the Asians in 1972. Then they move to Mississippi.
