Upper Body today. No equipment necessary. (I use my windowsill but you can use a chair or step stool. And if you dont have push up bars, use a set of dumbbells under your hands or nothing at all, works too). 1. Decline push ups. Keep your core pulled in tight. If you arent able to do these, do regular push ups on your knees and work your way up. 2. Under the Fence push ups. Tricky and super hard. If you cant do these, modify by only going one direction. Dont lower down on the way back. 3. Diamond Push ups- make a triangle with your thumbs and pointer fingers. These are tough so do them on your knees if necessary. Elbows should point out and hands are close together. 4. Wide arm push ups- Hands should be slightly more than shoulder width apart. Go on your knees to modify! Do as many as you can in 1 minute (taking breaks as needed). Then take a 20-30 second break and move to the next exercise. Do as many rounds as you can until your arms fall off.
