Urgent - Casting possibility. Heres the breakdown - 30s-40s African American Male - the character will transition from male-to-female over a 6 Episode (story) Arc - on a major network show. I was contacted earlier today and asked if I knew anyone who could play the part and play the part with dignity. I know Im out on a limb here with all the back n forth re: authentic trans-actors playing trans-specific roles, etc. But please keep in mind that (yes) the producers (and casting director) want to do this as well as it can be done. If you know anyone out there (within the Los Angeles area) who might fit the bill, please private message me and I will do everything I can to get their info in front of said Cstg Dir. Thanks - :) p.s. and yes, on the off chance that you know (of) someone who has just begun their journey from male-to-female (30s - 40s African American) who possess solid acting chops, then wow - even better!
