Non-profit, public benefit organization and non-religious organization and we have to comply with the regulations of various government departments. The South African Revenue Services [PBO] P.B.O is defined in Section 30 of the Income Tax Act No. 58 of 1996. This means that, subject to the conditions laid out by SARS and by including these receipts in your annual tax return, tax payers (individual and company donors) will be allowed to deduct bonafide donations in cash or in kind for their taxable income. The Northern Action Committee Intends Hosting a Grand Cultural Women’s Day Celebration to Acknowledge the Roles They Play in Our Daily Lives. Our Programme Will Consist Of Prominent Speakers And Many Cultural Items. Our Artists Are From Various Cultural Groups. Theme of the Day Will Be Women’s Empowerment and We Hope to Create Awareness Amongst Women in Tongaat and Surrounding Areas.
