Job Description: • Conducting interview and initial screening of candidates. • Coordinating with the recruitment tests and interview process. • Managing the recruitment database and interview filing system. • Helping in other HR activities like joining and exit formalities, employee engagement programs etc. • Sourcing profiles using various job portals like Monster, Naukri etc. • Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe. • Meeting the targets and Reporting to the Manager Training and after training Period: • Minimum of 3 months to Maximum of 6 months Online Training from home in our Company Training System (Training Certificate after completion and joining as Employee) • No Stipend during Training Period. • *No Bond, no Training fee and no Deposit*. • 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday Off) • Salary will be around *12,000 – 16,000* with incentives (applicable only after completion of training period) Required Skills: • Should have knowledge of HR activities. • Should know the fundamentals of Employee Engagement, Employee Relations. • Ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail. • Ability to work as part of a team • Genuine interest in developing a career in HR • Good Communication skills both verbal and written • Interviewing Skills and Negotiating Skills. • Basic Analytical Skills.
