Tiny is quite scared and he should be, this is no place for a 4 year old pup to be and making things worse he is slapped with the new hope only rating. Tiny needs you to reach out to new hope partners to foster/adopt him. Be the angel Tiny has waited for, advocate for him strongly tonight, because tomorrow he will be gone! A volunteer writes: Tiny is at his door. He seems to be waiting to be taken out. I open his kennel and he immediately retreats to the back of his den. His mouth is the one of a shark. I lasso him, miss a few times. His teeth display is more a defense scheme than an actual attack and once leashed, Tiny behaves quite well on the leash. Tiny at first was not too hot to be caressed. He did not want treats either. I decided to go for a long walk, let him do his business and then settled down in a quiet area. I started petting him carefully. Tiny accepted and sat between my legs. He particularly loved to have his ears caressed. Tiny came in the care center tremendously matted and dirty at a point he could barely move.... Our groomer proceeded to shave him and wash him and Tiny is now quite a catch... Tiny needs to be in a home sweet home. He is scared and it translates into him looking like a very scary dog. A savvy, caring and loving master is what Tiny needs to bloom into a wonderful little forever companion.
