Urgent requirement of Sr.Executive EHS at Malanpur for Cadbury India Limited. Job Title : Sr. Executive – EHS Reports to : Plant EHS Manager Location : Cadbury India Limited, Malanpur Factory Industry : FMCG-Food JOB PURPOSE The incumbent reporting to EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Mondelez Health & Safety Standards and compliance of all statutory requirements related to EHS at site. Facilitates in EHS initiatives and provide centre of expertise in the field of EHS thereby ensuring a safe working place, reduce various occupational risks & an excellent performance. S No Principal Accountabilities 1. Mondelez Health & Safety System - Operational audits for EHS local procedures. - PMO - EHS. - Accident investigation & analysis. - Conducting Safety meeting, Preparing MOM & reporting - Ensure compliance of work permit system. - Preparing Safety Statistics. - Prepare MIS report of EHS and meet the reporting timelines - Making availability of PPE’s & enforcing their use. - Preparing Safety KPI. - Hygiene monitoring. 2. Drive Behavior based Safety at Site- - Training & awareness on EHS - Preparing general Safety instructions. - Prepare Safety Manual - Celebration of national safety day and world environment day. - Driving Motivational Schemes. - Contractors Training. - Project Workers Training. - Visual Display on EHS 3. Fire System at Site - Upgrading & maintaining Fire System. - Monthly Inspection of portable extinguishers. - Monthly checking of Fire Hydrant System. - Monthly checking of Sprinklers, Fire Doors etc. 4. Implementation of Audit recommendations - Coordinating group Risk assessment audit. - Facilitate risk assessment audit, recommendation compliance. - Coordinating external Safety Audits. - Facilitate NSC Safety audit recommendations compliance. - Sending status report on compliance to Central EHS Coordinator 5. Incident Management - Maintain / update BCP - Organizing Mock Drills. - Maintain /Update EHS database. - Arrange First Aiders & Fire Fighting. - Maintain/update onsite emergency plan. Legal Compliance - Ensure testing of pressure vessel, lifting tools & tackles, safety valves etc. - Ensure renewal / obtaining of licenses and certificates relating to DOF, CCE etc. - Liasioning with Chief Controller of Explosive. - Maintain/update legal register 6. Quality support - Comply with Mondelez Quality Policies, Mondelez GMP & Personal hygiene policy - Establish and implement Rules & Procedures as per Mondelez Food Safety Standards - Have adequate QFS Knowledge covering the Work Area - Ensure adequate training to the Workgroup - Be accountable for the QFS Performance of the Work Group - Enforce Food Safety Standards KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILL Qualification: BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical with additional qualification in Industrial Safety from RLI Institute Experience: 4-5 years in Food/Chemical or any other industry Person Profile: 1. Aggressiveness / Adaptability / Accountability / Collaborative / Influencing Skills 2. Team Working Skills. 3. Working knowledge of manufacturing site processes / systems 4.
