Job Purpose: Responsible for the entire operation of the unit, reporting to the General Manager. Directly supervise our partner’s activities, quality control, guiding them in operation activities. Duties and Responsibilities o Through satisfying the needs of our customers and operating policies and procedures, to ensure all client and company objectives are met and to achieve financial targets o Reporting directly to a General Manager and in their absence the Operations Manager o Liaise closely with other Heads of Department, Support Services and Head Office o Close liaison with clients o Responsible for the management, training and development of all supervisors o To deal with the foreign delegates o Counseling ability to the clients according to their needs To strive to continually exceed customer expectations and provide excellent customer care to partners and clients o To effectively communicate policies and procedures o To provide customer and client feedback to further develop standards and reflect market changes o To establish good client relationships and ensure that weekly communication is maintained and to liaise with your General Manager to further develop client relationships Skills required Education: BBA/Bachelor degree is required in any field, MBA. Own laptop is required but not prerequisite, good hand in English is required.
