Use this rainy day to update your resume or help a refer a friend for their next great job! Our client a real estate company in Clearwater is looking for a sharp EA to support a CEO. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications or English required Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting a C-level executive; Advanced skills in writing, with emphasis on clarity, grammar, punctuation, and spelling; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Key Responsibilities: Track multiple tasks and/or projects across departments and develop visuals for timelines and due dates, deliverable descriptions, point people, status updates, etc.; Draft, summarize and/or proof general correspondence, announcements, forms, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, presentations, etc. as requested; Create and maintain clean and easy-to-follow spreadsheet and/or database reports that require complex formulas and conditional formatting; Communicate quickly and clearly with various departments and personnel when necessary to obtain information and insight requested by senior management; Provide leadership, training and insight to the company’s administrative team (and others, as necessary); Schedule and organize meetings, programs, events, or conferences (both internal and external) by arrangement of facilities and/or caterers, issue information or invitations, coordinate speakers and control event budgets; Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings; Handle confidential and non-routine information with absolute discretion; Screen incoming mail/telephone calls and either respond when possible or route the inquiries to the appropriate persons, while maintaining superior customer service skills and focus on the resolution of any customer-related issues; Any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by senior management. Skills and Abilities: Communication – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to edit work accurately for spelling, grammar and logical flow; able to present numerical data clearly and effectively; and able to read, interpret and summarize written information and correspondence; Planning/organizing – Ability to establish priorities, juggle multiple competing tasks and demands, and consistently meet deadlines; Interpersonal – Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with absolute discretion; high levels of professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy; high energy and stamina; team oriented; positive attitude at all times; ability to interact and communicate with and solicit information from individuals at all levels within the organization; relentless desire to improve; Problem solving – Intuitive understanding of numbers; ability to gather, interpret and analyze information skillfully and devise beneficial solutions; Quality control – Outstanding attention to detail in all aspects of the position; Adaptability – Comfortable with adapting to changing work environment; Setting Priorities – Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and make sound decisions; Project Management – Manage complex projects from start to finish with speed and accuracy; Technical – Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite are required, with extensive knowledge in all of the following areas: Excel - Advanced-level formulas, conditional formatting, filtering, pivot tables/charts, data validation, cell/sheet protection; Word - Letters, templates, forms, labels, mail merges, auto-text, review/tracking; PowerPoint - Designs, master views, animations, inserting and formatting pictures, movies; and sounds; Outlook - Multiple calendars, meeting invites, inbox/folder/task management, V-cards.
