Usher in the new year in an unusual way with 22 DAP 4WD in convoy and a container to deliver relief aid to our friends in Kelantan. We travelled more than 14 hours just to reach Kuala Krai, overall we spent more than 25 hours on the road. Its an unusual start of 2015 but a meaningful start. Many houses were destroyed and many victims, particularly children were standing and waiving along the roadside to ask for goods and help. The situation is devastating but its a pleasant sight to see people from different groups were there to help. Never thought I would spend my first day of 2015 this way. 2014 was a terrible, horrible and a very bad year for Malaysian, 3 air disasters and one terrible flood disaster. Many lives were taken away, many hearts were broken. We pray that the families and friends of the victim of d air disaster to quickly recover from pain, the victims of flood disaster can go home real soon. May 2015 be kind, and may we stand united and do our part, however small, to help others.
