Using Autumn Calabrese 21 Day Fix fitness program again while I patiently wait for INSANITY MAX 30! I came across this BOOTY workout and who doesnt want tight buns, RIGHT? I dont have all of the equipment so I improvised--------> One Leg Plie Slide - good ole paper plates Back Side Lunge - again paper plates with dumbells Kettle Ball Squat - dumbells Shoot the Duck - Well I tried to use a resistance band and a door knob but the only thing that got shot was ME! lol Side Lunge Squat - Chair or Stairs Glute Bridge - Stairs Enjoy!
