Usually, sale day at the fair means no more pigs around here, but this year we still have these cute little bacon bits to enjoy for awhile! Ariel Corporation bought Lacey Morgan Blubaugh and Rileys hogs. Riley got $4/lb and Lacey, in a new Blubaugh record, got $5.75! And in their continued support of our kids in helping them raise, show, and enjoy the best hogs anyone could hope for, David Mitchem of Mitchem Farms bought Hunters for $3.50/lb. Thank you Mitchem family for all you do for the kids, and our 4-H club. And I would like to give a shout out to Co Alliance Propane for bidding on Laceys hog and helping her reach above $5.
