Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has withdrawn its nominee Swarnaprabha Sukumar from the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly, Swarnaprabha Sukumar has resigned from the Board as Nominee Director. 2. Swarnaprabha Sukumar has been appointed on the Board as an Additional Director with effect from 04 November 2014. She will act as an Independent Director subject to her appointment in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 3. S. G. Tudekar, Whole time Director designated as Director (Works) of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company upon completion of his tenure effective from 28 October 2014.
