VACANCY: CHEF - F/T temp position. Mellomello are seeking a chef to undertake a temporary 2 month full-time position in their vegetarian kitchen, with an immediate start. Working with the kitchen team and bar team to deliver a freshly cooked food service morning through evening. Maintaining the hygiene and organisation of the kitchen and stockrooms. The successful applicant will have: Experience working in a professional kitchen. A keen interest in vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food. A desire to help with the growth of an independent, ethical and community-minded business. Flexibility and availability to work both a weekends and evenings. Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
