VACANCY:Head Business to Business Closing Date:20 June 2014 Duties • Develop and execute a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls,meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company’s presence throughout institution in Zimbabwe. • Will assist in the development of the company’s annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecast for products. • Be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team of solution specialist by establishing a system of communications and reports • Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describe the responsibilities and performance standards for each solution specialist Qualifications & Requirements • Relevant university degree and post graduate certificate in marketing or sales/ IMM. 5-7 years experience of which 3 years at senior managerial level.
