VACANCY: MARKETING Communication Coordinator LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia INDUSTRY: Retail, Commercial Job Description Our Client, a main board public listed company with interest in many diverse industries with great and reputable company today is looking for individuals with high level of integrity and commitment to join them and to concentrate at its luxury shopping mall industry:- · Maintaining and managing the Mall’s online tools · Managing data update and ensuring data accuracy · Define and implement communication development activities in Digital and Online media · Monitor the online tool efficiency and trends and purpose for adjustments if necessary · Manage online media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, editorial planning and coordination, community outreach efforts, promotion and etc · Become an advocate of the Mall in social media spaces, engaging ion dialogues and answering questions where appropriate · Monitoring negative response received in social media and coordinate with Crises Communication Committee on appropriate response · Regularly feedback insights gained from online media and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize result · Work with inter-department to ensure information is kept up to date and documentation is properly recorded and filed. Job Requirement • Minimum Diploma Holder in Marketing/Business/Management. • Experience in Public Relation/Marketing/Community Management will be an added advantage • Strong project management and organizational skills • Matured, self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a small team and in high pressure and changing environment • Team player, with confidence to take the lead coordinate role with other departments whenever necessary • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationship • Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) • In-depth knowledge and understanding of website, social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and etc) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios • Experience in Public Relation/Marketing/Community management will be an added advantage • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.15pm and Sat(Alternate) 9am-12pm Company Description Reliable Human Resources Services is a recruitment agency providing recruitment solutions for permanent placements and temporary staff for all categories of personnel.
