VACANCY : RICHMOND FOUNDATION - Therapeutic Worker : We are looking for mature individuals, to work as part of a team in a community residential setting supporting persons with mental health problems. Applicants must be willing to work on a roster basis, including nights. Applicants must have the following prerequisites: Assisting residents of dependent and semi-dependent accommodation units in formulating and pursuing a positive personal development programme with clear, agreed objectives that are regularly reviewed. Monitor the residents compliance to the therapeutic programme. Support residents in the activities of daily living, mainly attending to the upkeep of the house, carry out the necessary shopping and other errands and assist during cooking session. Promote and facilitate social and leisure activities. People required : 6 Closing Date : 20/08/14
