VACANCY: Sales Manager LOCATION: Mont Kiara, Malaysia (please send your job application to [email protected]) Job Description A well established pharmaceutical company, established since 17 years and now looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join in the following position. • Responsible to lead and motivate the sales team in the achievement of their sales target as well as the company’s target. • Plan and implement sales strategies, account management and customer relationship development for continued growth and profitability of the business. • Plan and develop strategies to increase market share in existing markets • Identify and realise new business opportunities for future growth. • Monitor and provide feedback to management on company’s achievements against brand objectives. • Keeping abreast of competitors activities and develop appropriate strategies to be one step ahead. • Ensure compliance with company’s pricing policy and all trade related compliance requirements. Job Requirement • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Science or its equivalent. • At least 5-7 years of sales experience with the last 2 years managing a team of sales personnel. • Related work experience in FMCG/Pharma industry is an added advantage. • Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations. • Good communication skills and able to interact with people at all level. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage. • Posses high degree of drive and enthusiasm. • Resourceful, proactive, result oriented and a team player.
