Increase the adoption of ALL animals at the shelter Raise funds for spay/neuter program Provide Humane Education Programs {helps prevent animals from coming into the shelter} Dog obedience classes {we offer FREE obedience classes to ALL dogs adopted from our facility thus EDUCATING your new pet and you as well} Providing comfort and care for the animals housed at our shelter Raise funds for needed equipment, supplies, the building of additional facilities at the shelter Increase awareness of the services the shelter offers VCASA is an ALL volunteer based 501 C 3 organization of animal loving individuals that want to make a difference in the community and this shelter. VCASA is our non profit designed to help the Ventura County Animal Services Department.
