VERY annoyed when people make appointments and then dont show up after making exceptions to squeeze you in on such late notice. CAT HART this is the third time you have decided to make an appointment and simply not show up, not return or answer my phone calls and/or texts. Even after confirming this morning you said youd be attending. I find it so disrespectful to myself and other clients who are on a wait list to have there hair done this week and havent been able to get an appointment spot because of your inconsiderate actions. I consider myself to be extremely flexible for appointment times, this is the third time i have made flexible arrangements for you and discounted price on hair and you have wasted my time, money & patience not to mention wasted appointment spots others might wish to use. -Please DO NOT book another appointment with me again. I am very upset and annoyed to have been pushed to the point of having to reach out to you publicly on Facebook and i have never before had any kinds of trouble with any of my clients in this way. Further to this a HUGE thank you to all my considerate clients who come to your appointments and/or message me to notify if unable to attend. my loyalty to my clients can only be as strong as the loyalty i receive from you in return and that is why i continue to provide such a great service at amazing prices!
