Specific attention to Sp Meridian, Kidney Meridian, and Liver meridians. 7. Then Energy-Jack-Hammer up inside of both legs, starting at the ankles...and around the ankles. 8. Work way up on inside to pericardium lymphatics. [which means also doing the small intestine lymphatics] 9. Then activate Ming Men point.... 10. Jack-Hammer the hips and the rear pericardium lymphatics. 11. Then down the outer thighs [large intestine lymphatics] 12. JH both sides of the calves 13. pay particular attention to the UB meridian starting on the sides of the Ming Men point 14. work the UB meridian down the back of the thighs, the back of the legs, the outer part of the foot, going off UB-67 on the outside of the little toe.
