VIOLATING HUMAN RIGHTS My brother Kenneth Edward Clark imate# 326183 Ridgeland Correctional Institution in Ridgeland S.C. 29936 Warden LeVern Cohen has been in pain since January 2014. He has been complaining about pain in his lower back and now hes in a wheelchair. He has a trait of Sickle Cell but he works out a lot so we dont know if he has injured something while exercising or his Sickle cell. I understand he has broken the law and now he is paying his debt to society but they refuse to give him proper health care. The doctor there is saying he is faking and nothing is wrong with him but he is not a complainer nor a liar. He will not write to tell my mother that something is wrong if its not because he dont like to upset her in anyway. He has been stabbed, broke his hand, and injured his knee and has not told her or been to the infirmary so i say that to say if he is complaining of pain then its true. No one will help him weve called numerous of people in Headquarters and at the prison including the Warden. My brother comes home in August of 2014 so why would he fake it now that hes almost home. He did not go in there like that and why should he come home like that, he cant walk he cant sit up and he needs assistance doing basic daily living activities. He is a prisoner not a ANIMAL a dog is treated better than this and get more compassion than they are given my brother. My brother is crying and in excruciating pain please will someone help us so we can help him PLEASE! We not saying they have to give him special treatment we just want them to help him.
