VIVA WARRIORS delighted to see the attendance figures (at the Fish Hoek protest this Saturday)! Please stay with us and help us bring about change for these hapless and helpless animals, and read this notice to the end. Following a query I had via e-mail I thought it necessary to clarify. We know that Brian Boswell is touring only with his domestic animals at the moment – that is, since the Carte Blance expose - see https://youtube/watch?v=wQaTWaRZDfY (trying to fly under the radar and his wild animals locked up in his atrocious zoo in Pietermaritzburg - see this link for just some of the conditions if interested - veganfoodreview.co.za/brian-boswell-animal-circus-a…/). We are also aware that he is doing a ‘survey’ re animals in circuses among circus patrons as we speak (as if those who attend animal circuses will speak against the cruel exploitation!) so we have no doubt that their return is imminent. But we say NO animals in circuses - be they wild or domestic they all suffer untenable captivity (crating and carting for life in all weather conditions and often parked on the hot tarmac). Ultimately slaves who have to perform on command and prisoners for life. And ALL these animals know the meaning of the ever present whip - standard circus equipment (be it for lions tigers, horses, goats or camels)! Please also know that word has it that from Fish Hoek they will move on to Muizenberg (will confirm in due course). AND of course McLaren Circus on their way - again, watch this space - at the moment we believe they will be in Hermanus in Feb and will no doubt be in the Mother City soon after that. McLarens boast (all the time) to be the biggest traditional circus in SA - meaning that he has a large array wild and domestic captives confined for life 24/7 365 days a year! Please stay with us for the duration of these tours - the only way we will end this is to continue to raise awareness and state our objection to the cruelty PUBLICLY (posting distaste on FB among the converted does not help the cause). Lets stay with our feet on the street and banners in the air for all to see - for the animals. For us, a few hours of effort - for them - a lifetime of suffering!
