VOLOTEA CABIN CREW DIRECTOR We are looking for a cabin crew director who will be responsible for a team of over 200 people this summer. His/Her main responsabilities will be: - Full leadership of the cabin Crew Team with all organizational and motivational policies under his/her responsabilities, working together with other key functions such as Flight OPS, Training OCC, Sales, Finance and HR. - Ensuring on time performance and quality coordinating resources for a high integrity operation, in compliance with the regulations established. - Coordinating, recruiting and training of crews, promotions, and service on board. - Also critical to the positin will be cost-compliance, team productivity, and budget control of the area. YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE: - We look for a person with a minimum of three years, of similar experience in airline (ideal Low Cost Carrier). Having lead teams from different countries will be a strong plus. - It is required to be full operational in English. Spanis, French and Italian will be highly appreciated. - Experienced in team management, analytical skills, and intermidiate computer skills are also needed.
