VPI - 25 Programs of Political Reforms 1. Providing legal sanction to the concept that the voters are the fundamental owner of all the assets of democratic state. Providing right to get votership (monthly cash as scholarship) by each and every voter as the monthly rent of voters’ collective assets. So that every citizen could able to live life with dignity, physical laborers may be able to bargain and the policies and various acts related to economic slavery perpetuated from a long time could be prohibited. 2. Making available the similar facilities as public representatives avails such as votership, free rail travel (siting only), free air travel (once in life), foreign travel (on the only basis of Voter Card). 3. Employment to the minds not to hand- Disposal of work through machines has become an international compulsion for every country due to the laws relating to the world trade. The people talking of giving employment to every hand have a little International knowledge. Hence, the mission has decided to implement the policy of providing employment to the mind in place of hands by the tool of votership. Mind based employment through votership will provide development opportunity to every individual. It is a proven fact that the caste, creed and community developed and flourished which worked through mind and those depending on manual labour lagged behind. This was the very reason for the backwardness of India. 4. Imposing of condition to work for prosperity not for livelihood-In case of a person purchases a house of Rs one crore, the amount becomes double in just three to four years. Here the condition to work is not imposed, but for giving just Rs.100 or 200 the poor citizens of the country are forced to hard work through the laws of MNREGA etc. This irony will be removed by way of giving votership right to voters’. 5. Theto Power to the provincial government for protecting civilization and culture- To ensure living life with own belief and faith of local community mission will work to provide such a privilege to the provincial governments so that the chief Minister of a province may be empowered to impose restrictions on any TV channel and news papers. This right which is proposed to be provided to the chief ministers of the provinces may be called Theto Power on the line of veto power. 6. Providing right of vote to the block representatives to vote in the election for the post of Prime Minister of the country. So that the democratic value of the post of Prime Minister could be enhanced, the energy of big power like PM could be deployed for the development of blocks and this post may become more democratic. 7. Providing right to vote to the village chiefs for electing directly the Prime Minster of South Asian Region. So that the villages could be able to get 20 times more allocation of funds for development. Formation of the government of south Asian region will abate the pain of division of Partition and the problem of communal violence will be solved consequently. 8. Successor of the Neharu family has become symbol of unity and integrity of India. For the reasons of contesting elections in the electoral politics this family is made a subject of abuse and criticism. This situation is good neither for the family and nor for the unity and integrity of the country. Hence, successors of the Nehru family should be appointed as DESPAL generations to generations and the restriction on them to contest election of any kind should be imposed aginst this very extraordinary award. 9. Reserving 60% seats of Parliament and of state assemblies for the community living below the poverty line as SC & ST quota already exists. This will pave the way to include those public which is reserved for hard work like slaves in the legislature process. 10. Facilitating the poor families of SC & ST to avail the benefits of reservation made in the constitution by inclusive reservation policy and by proposed acts. 11. Reserving 30% seats of Parliament and of state assemblies for the community living above the poverty line i.e. to the middle class. This will pave the way to include middle class in the legislature process. It will also pave the way of entry of middle class workers of various political parties into the assemblies and into the parliament. 12. Providing right to get cash in ratio of votes obtained by contestants of Loksabha election. So that challenge of evolving economy of politics could be met out, democracy could be released from the clutches of multi billionaires and proposed right of votership of voters’ could be ensured. 13. Starting to remunerate to those workers who are working to reform the society and to the politics. 14. So that public representatives could become the representative of the public in real sense and the heads of the big political parties could be saved to become the puppets of the multi-billionaires. 16. Imposing the law of ceiling on the right to inherit the property. So that nobody could be able to become multi billionaire without work and without talent. This will pave the way to enact a line of prosperity. By the ceiling no billionaire could be able to regulate the heads of big political parties in the personal interest. 17. Providing super-national voting right to voters. So that they could be able to vote the gentile person of other than homeland. This right will empower the gentility to rule. This right of voters will minimize the risk on the life of shoulders and will facilitate to divert a part of defense budget towards the personal accounts of poor. 18. Provide the right to the domestic citizens to contest super-national elections. So that they could be able to get votes and support of gentile persons of foreign countries. This super-national right will pave the way to the right of global roaming of laborers, statesmen and reformers. It will also be helpful to evolve a competent global polity to regulate the world economy & world market. 19. Providing super-national voting right to self declared global citizens. So that gentility could be empowered and rule of democratic law could be adopted at world level too as it is already adopted at country level. 20. Constituting a super-national government of hemisphere level specially to fund the institution of family and providing super-national voting right to families of whole hemisphere to elect the head of this government. As it is already concluded by the UNO that eliminating poverty and supporting families is the jurisdiction of the world level governing agency. 21. Providing status of UNG (United National Government) to UNO. So that the objectives of UNO could be achieved. 22. Aligning associations and political parties of various countries to polarize governments of countries to make global consensus for Global Agreement on Poverty and Peace. So that a competent international treaty could take place and the issues of above mentioned political reforms could be implemented. 23. Executing necessary electoral reforms to enhance quality of politics. 24. Incorporating those other issues of reforms required for growing a more inclusive and more productive politics and statesmanship and so that an equilibrium among the relations of men, society and nature could be maintained. 25. Redefining democracy, sovereignty, citizenship, employment and development etc, so that above mentioned political reforms could be implemented and so that the respect in values of past could be maintained, requirement of future generations could be protected and contemporary population could be nurtured ***
